Webstore Warranty and Return Policy

   Archangel Airsoft has a 30 Day return policy on all products sold, except consumables. If you don't like it, you can return all brand-new and unused products in the manufacturer's original packaging to the store within 30 days for a full refund minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping both directions will be the responsibility of the customer. If free shipping was used, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund.

Conditions for returning an item:

  • Original packaging, unopened and undamaged.
  • Not fired.
  • Battery not charged.
  • Magazines not loaded.
  • No damage.
  • No modifications.
  • No odors.
  • Clean packaging (no stains, animal hair, dirt, etc.)

   If an item has been used, damaged, modified, or the manufacturer's original packaging is damaged, stained, dirty, or has an odor, it is not eligible for return. In cases where the above conditions are not met, Archangel Airsoft still offers a 30 day parts and labor warranty if your product was purchased online. 

   Our 30 day parts and labor warranty is to cover manufacturer's defects and modifications made by Archangel Airsoft. The warranty does not cover abuse, misuse, or neglect. Make sure you read those instructions that come with your product!!!

Conditions that void your warranty:

  • Guns are used with any BB brand not offered by Archangel Airsoft.
  • Any abuse, misuse, or neglect that is outside of normal use.
  • Any modifications not made by Archangel Airsoft.
  • Removal of the orange tip.
  • Disassembly of the gun.

If you meet the above conditions for returning an item, or warranty claim:

  1. Call Archangel Airsoft at 336-525-9144, or email us at archangelairsoftllc@gmail.com
  2. A sales representative will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#)
  3. Once you have been issued an RA#, ship the package to:

  4. With the package, please include a printed note with the following information:
    • Name, phone number, and email address.
    • Return address.
    • Order number.
    • RA#.
    • Brief description of the problem.
